Suspect Sought by NOPD for Battery of Law Enforcement Officer

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating a suspect wanted for battery of a law enforcement officer that occurred on November 23, 2025, at the intersection of Clouet Street and Higgins Boulevard.

On the listed date, the pictured unknown black female intentionally used bear spray on a group of individuals during an event. Once officers intervened, the suspect also sprayed officers and then fled the area on foot in an unknown direction.

The suspect is further described as having blonde hair, a butterfly tattoo on her chest and tattoos on right thigh and left neck and shoulder. She is believed to be approximately 20 to 25 years of age.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
