NOPD Seeking Suspect on Charges of Cruelty to The Infirmed

The NOPD is seeking the public's assistance in locating a subject wanted on charges of cruelty to the infirmed.

On December 12, 2024, NOPD Eighth District detectives were called to the 600 block of Port of New Orleans Place to investigate abuse of an adult.

Through investigation, detectives determined that the pictured subject, William Dale Workman, White male DOB: 1-18-1956, allegedly neglected the victim's health care.

Workman had been living with the victim, but has since fled and his whereabouts are unknown.

He is being sought on charges of cruelty to the infirmed and abuse and neglect of an adult.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
