The NOPD Is asking for the public's help in locating the owner of a white van wanted in connection with the illegal dumping of tires in the Seventh District.
The above pictured van was allegedly seen multiple times being used to dump tires at multiple locations in the district.
Through investigation, the van has been identified as a white 2007 Ford E-250 with Louisiana license plate 664EQM. A further search revealed the vehicle to be registered to a subject named Malcolm Ballard (unknown DOB) with a listed address in the Second District.
