The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Joseph Cousin (pictured, black male, DOB: 02-27-1998) in the investigation of an aggravated assault with a firearm on December 4, 2021 in the 1500 block of Paula Drive.
Through investigation, NOPD Third District detectives have positively identified Cousin as the perpetrator who pointed a gun at the victim during an argument, while also making threats of violence.
