NOPD Seeking Person of Interest for Questioning in Homicide Investigation

The NOPD is seeking to locate a person of interest in the investigation of a homicide on October 7, 2020 at the intersection of Independence Street and St. Claude Avenue.

Through investigation, Bradford Petit (pictured, DOB: 12-12-1983) has been developed by NOPD Homicide Unit detectives as a person of interest in this case. Petit is not currently wanted for any offense in connection with this investigation. However, detectives feel he has knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to question him.
