NOPD Arrests Suspects on Narcotics, Weapons Charges

The NOPD’s Major Case Narcotics Unit on December 3, 2020 arrested four individuals and seized multiple firearms and illegal drugs as part of a joint investigation with the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office and Slidell Police Department.

As a result of the investigation, detectives executed multiple search warrants and arrest warrants at a residence in the 2700 block of Loyola Avenue in New Orleans as well at an apartment complex in St. Tammany Parish. Detectives seized multiple firearms, a large amount of marijuana, crack cocaine, ecstasy and U.S. currency.

Arrested in the investigation were, pictured from left, Charren Carmouche (male, DOB: 10-10-1991), Cursheika Hartford (female, DOB: 11-24-1990), Steven Sylvah (male, DOB: 04-07-1988) and Jenice Webb (no photo available, DOB: 05-15-1982).

The listed subjects were arrested for various weapon and narcotics charges related to the investigation.
