The NOPD is seeking to locate the pictured individual, identified as a person of interest in a homicide that occurred on November 13, 2019 in the 2800 block of Philip Street.
The pictured person of interest is not wanted in connection with this incident. However, NOPD Homicide Unit detectives feel this person may have information vital to the investigation.
