NOPD Eighth District detectives are seeking the pictured suspect in an aggravated battery by shooting that occurred on December 15, 2019 in the 600 block of South Rampart Street.
At about 2:00 a.m., the above pictured subject approached the victim and demanded the victim's property. During the incident, the suspect discharged a firearm multiple times, striking the victim.
