The NOPD is requesting assistance in locating and identifying a suspect in the investigation of a theft that occurred on December 10, 2019.

The NOPD is seeking to locate Leonard Lee Martin (pictured, DOB: 05-03-1989) for a DNA swab in the investigation of an aggravated kidnapping that occurred in the 1800 block of Marigny Street on August 14, 2019.

NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a subject involved in an investigation of a theft that occurred on December 9, 2019. 

The NOPD has arrested Marcus Connelly (pictured, DOB: 10-24-1983) in the investigation of a homicide by cutting that occurred on December 10, 2019.
