The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating Lionel Hardy (DOB: 11-22-99) for a vehicle burglary that was reported on October 13, 2017.
The victim told police she went outside of her home in the 5700 block of Wilton Drive around 7 a.m. and discovered her front driver’s side window smashed. The victim then observed a rock on the passenger front seat and items missing from inside the trunk and vehicle.
Through the course of the investigation, Hardy was identified as the perpetrator in the incident.
