Members of the NOPD’s Violent Offender Warrant Squad arrested three suspects today (December 1, 2017) in connection with respective incidents.
Those arrested include:
- Francine Spears (DOB: 01-26-1979), arrested for aggravated battery and aggravated assault for an incident that occurred on November 11, 2017 in the 2300 block of Alvar Street. Anyone with additional information on this incident is asked to contact Fifth District detectives at 504-658-6060.
- Ryan James (DOB: 01-16-1993), arrested for simple robbery and simple battery for an incident that occurred in the 2700 block of Felicity Street on October 10, 2017. Anyone with additional information on this incident is asked to contact Sixth District detectives at 504-658-6060.
- India Muller (DOB: 05-08-1997), arrested by VOWS and Gretna Police Department officers for aggravated assault with a firearm. The arrest was made in connection with an incident that occurred in the 1400 block of Southlawn Boulevard on November 10, 2017.
