The NOPD is searching for a subject in connection with four separate incidents in the Seventh District.
Melvin Bowser (DOB: 4/20/1968) with a last known address in the 8400 block of Lomond Street is wanted for simple criminal damage domestic, hit and run, violation of a protection order/aggravated criminal damage, and violation of a protection order.
