NOPD Identifies Suspects in Homicide on Rocheblave Street

The NOPD has obtained arrest warrants for Dyrtrell Mcewen (DOB: 11-22-1998) and Tyrone Myles (DOB: 07-14-1994) in connection with a homicide that occurred on November 26, 2017 in the 1900 block of Rocheblave Street.

At around 7:26 a.m., Fifth District officers responded to an aggravated battery by shooting in the 1900 block of North Rocheblave Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 23-year-old Antoine Brumfield suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Brumfield was pronounced dead at the scene.

As investigation into the incident proceeded, detectives were able to develop both Mcewen and Myles as the perpetrators. Each is wanted for second degree murder.
