The NOPD is seeking assistance from citizens in locating and identifying an individual caught on surveillance video during a vehicle burglary that occurred on December 27, 2016 in the 1400 block of Burbank Drive.
At about 11:47 p.m., the pictured subject was observed on surveillance video entering the victim’s unlocked vehicle and then fleeing in possession of a bag which the victim told police contains a laptop computer.
