The NOPD has identified Kennerd Kizzie Florant (DOB: 3-3-80) as the perpetrator in an armed robbery incident that occurred on Monday (Dec. 26).
The victim told police at around 5:21 a.m. Florant approached him in the 3300 block of Garden Oaks Drive and demanded his phone. When the victim did not comply, the suspect then reportedly pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the victim’s face. The victim eventually handed the property over to the Florant who was then seen fleeing the scene.
