The NOPD is looking to locate and identify an unknown man who was seen on surveillance video taking tools from someone’s garage.
The incident happened on December 23, 2016. At about 1:07 a.m., the suspect was seen entering the victim’s home in the 800 block of North Salcedo Street. The suspect is then observed on video going through tools and other miscellaneous items. He is then seen placing several items inside of a bag before exiting the garage.
The subject is described as a Hispanic male with a high and tight hairstyle. The subject was seen wearing a camouflage sweatshirt and light-colored jeans. Police believe the suspect goes by the nickname “Rabbit.”
