The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in identifying and locating an armed robbery suspect.
NOPD is looking for a suspect wanted in connection to a theft from a business on Royal Street.
The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Quaid Landheart (DOB: 06-05-1989) in connection with two thefts by fraud that occurred at two businesses located in the 300 block of Royal Street.
The NOPD is looking for information about a missing vehicle and the person or persons who took it.
