New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for felony criminal damage.
Wanted is Joshua George Bullock )pictured), Black male, DOB 08/27/1988. He is wanted for violations of LA R.S. 14:56.5 Criminal Damage to Historic Buildings or Landmarks by Defacing with Graffiti.
According to investigators, on August 7, 2026 was recorded on surveillance video dumping multi-colored paint onto structures in Jackson Square near the intersection of Chartres and Saint Ann Streets, damaging the historic site.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
