Suspects Arrested For Drugs And Firearms

New Orleans Police in cooperation with the Louisiana State Police and the FBI have arrested two suspects for illegal possession of drugs and firearms after a pursuit.

Arrested are:

Donald Bryant (the driver), Black Male, DOB 11/29/2005: Illegal possession of stolen firearms, possession of illegal drugs, reckless operation of a vehicle, hit and run driving, and resisting arrest. He was also wanted on a Court Capias in Orleans Parish.

Cinque Williams (a passenger), Black male, DOB 11/28/1999: Illegal possession of stolen firearms, possession of illegal drugs, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, and resisting arrest. He was also wanted by Jefferson Parish.

The other three occupants of the vehicle, two adult males and one adult female, were released after medical examination.

According to investigators, shortly after 9:00 p.m. on August 21, 2025 personnel assigned to a multi-agency task force attempted to stop a suspicious vehicle in the Fifth District.  The vehicle fled and collided with two FBI vehicles before halting near the intersection of A.P. Tureaud and North Galvez Streets due to striking a parked trailer.

The occupants of the suspect vehicle were taken into custody after a brief foot chase, and were transported to hospital for examination. None were found to have been injured.

Three FBI Agents were also transported to hospital for treatment of injuries.

A search found three firearms - two of which had been reported stolen - and quantities of illegal drugs which included apparent crack cocaine.

Anyone with information regarding the activities of the suspects is asked to call the Special Operations Division at 504-658-6201 or to anonymously call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111.
