New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for Gross Littering.
Wanted is Jocobia Joshua Johnson (upper picture), Black male, DOB 01/23/1995. Jocobia Joshua Johnson's residence is listed at an address in McDonough, GA.
A warrant is on file for the arrest of Jocobia Joshua Johnson.
According to investigators, on July 5, 2025 the pictured rental truck was used to transport more than 100 tires to the 9600 block of Lincoln Beach Boulevard, where the tires were dumped. Jocobia Joshua Johnson was identified as the renter/driver of the truck.
