The NOPD is seeking to locate a subject identified as a person of interest in the investigation of a simple burglary in the 1800 block of Columbus Street on July 26, 2019.
On the afternoon of July 26, 2019, a male subject was seen entering the victim' residence, located in the 1800 block of Columbus Street, through a rear door and reportedly stealing a Google Nest smart thermostat, valued at $200.

The person of interest is not wanted as a suspect in this incident at this time. However, detectives wish to question him regarding this incident.
