The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in the investigation of a vehicle burglary in the 6400 block of Baccich Street on August 16, 2019.
At about 1:00 p.m., the victim’s vehicle was burglarized and his wallet was reported stolen. At about 1:26 p.m., the pictured unknown black male reportedly used the victim’s debit card at a gas station in the 1500 block of Franklin Avenue.
