Suspect Wanted for Eighth District Aggravated Battery by Cutting Incident

The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating the pictured subject known as “Frost”, after his alleged involvement in an aggravated battery by cutting incident that occurred near the intersection of Decatur Street and Esplanade Avenue.

The victim told police that on July 31, 2018, he and the pictured subject were engaged in an argument at the aforementioned location, at which time the subject reportedly pulled out a knife from his waistband and struck the victim in the face with his fist. The subject then allegedly stabbed the victim in the thigh with the knife. The victim stated that he and the subject continued to fight until they were pulled apart by bystanders in the area. The victim reportedly relocated to a fire station, located in the 400 block of Esplanade Avenue to seek medical attention and the subject reportedly fled the scene.

“Frost” is described as a white male with orange medium length hair and a goatee. The individual is known to frequent the area near Decatur Street and Esplanade Avenue.
