Officers in the Second District have identified the perpetrator wanted in connection with an armed carjacking incident that occurred on December 31, 2017.
At approximately 11 a.m., the victim was pumping gas at a Brother's gas station located in the 1300 block of South Jefferson Davis Parkway when he was allegedly approached from the rear by the wanted perpetrator, Johnell Kagler (DOB: 12/24/90).
Kagler reportedly pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded the keys to his car. The victim complied and suspect fled the location in the vehicle.
