NOPD VOWS Officers Arrest Suspect for Armed Robbery on Feliciana Street

The Violent Offender Warrant Squad and U.S. Marshals have arrested Quinn Parker (DOB: 01/04/1983) in connection with an armed robbery incident that occurred on July 16, 2018, in the 1900 block of Feliciana Street.

The victim told police that while he was at his acquaintance’s house, an unknown black male subject, who was positively identified as Parker, exited the bathroom and allegedly pointed a black and silver firearm at the victim and demanded the victim’s property. The victim stated that he and Parker began struggling over the firearm, at which time the victim tried to escape and relocate to his vehicle, but was unsuccessful because he left his keys inside of the residence. The victim reportedly fled the scene on foot, heading northbound on Feliciana Street, at which time he observed Parker fleeing down Feliciana Street in his vehicle.

Parker was located on August 2, 2018, in the 8400 block of Cohn Street. The subject was transported to the Orleans Parish Justice Center, where he was booked with armed robbery, possession of a firearm by a felon, simple battery and theft of a motor vehicle. Parker was also arrested on a separate domestic abuse battery charge.
