The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect believed to be responsible for a theft from an exterior of an automobile that occurred on July 24, 2018 in the 1300 block of Bourbon Street.
At or about 11:00 a.m., the pictured suspect is believed to have stolen multiple tools from a vehicle parked in the area. The subject then allegedly fled the scene with the stolen tools, walking on Esplanade Avenue towards North Rampart Street.
