The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a person reported as missing on August 14, 2017.
John Edward McDowell (DOB: 12-17-1967) was last seen by his family members on August 13, 2017 at about 5 p.m. in the 500 block of Elmyra Street. At that time, McDowell told relatives he was going fishing at City Park. McDowell has not been seen or heard from since that time.
