New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a person of interest in connection with an illegal dumping incident.
Sought is Joseph Koutheir Jebara (pictured) Hispanic male, DOB 09/08/1983.
According to investigators, on April 4, 2026 the pictured Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, LA license C884404, was used in an illegal dumping incident near the Michoud exit off I-10 westbound,
Joseph Koutheir Jebara is the registered owner of the vehicle at an address in Praireville, LA.
Note Joseph Koutheir Jebara is NOT currently wanted for this crime and is sought because of the information he is believed to possess.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
