The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify two subjects in the investigation of a criminal damage to property incident that occurred on April 25, 2020.
At approximately 1:00 a.m., the pictured subjects were seen on surveillance camera tagging several businesses on Bourbon Street with spray paint. The most frequent tags used are “BJF” and “Fos.” On one of the buildings, the female subject wrote “Julia.”
