The NOPD is requesting assistance from the public in locating a vehicle and its occupants in the investigation of an aggravated assault with a firearm that occurred on April 11, 2020 at the intersection of Louisiana and Loyola avenues.
The above pictured late model Chrysler minivan reportedly pulled alongside a victim who was standing at the intersection. One of the occupants of the vehicle then allegedly asked the pedestrian if he had any cigarettes, before the suspect then reportedly produced a firearm. The victim then immediately fled the area.
