NOPD Seeking Suspect in Seventh District Burglary

The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a suspect in the investigation of a burglary that occurred on April 6, 2020 in the 6000 block of Dorothea Street.

At about 4:45 a.m., the pictured suspect was seen via surveillance video entering the victim’s back yard and taking several animals including chickens and a pit bull puppy, by way of putting them into a book bag.

The suspect is believed to be either a black or Hispanic male, standing approximately 6'0" tall with identifiable tattoos on his hands and arms. The right hand contains the numbers "337" tattooed on the top near his right wrist.
