The NOPD is seeking to locate a subject in the investigation of a theft that occurred on April 24, 2020 in the 3600 block of Laurel Street.
At about 7:03 a.m., the pictured unknown black male was observed on security camera pulling on a vehicle’s door handle before stealing the victim’s security camera off of her residence.
