New Orleans - The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a man reported as missing.
The family of Joseph Condoll (pictured) reported him as missing after last seeing him on April 3, 2020 and repeatedly attempting to contact him on his cell phone to no avail. Neighbors at his apartment complex located in the 3400 block of Tulane Avenue advised his family that he had not been seen for a while. Condoll is known to frequent several shops in the city and usually travels by scooter and/or public transportation.
