The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an unknown suspect involved in an auto theft incident that occurred on April 14, 2020.
At around 9:05 p.m., the victim parked the pictured vehicle at Chevron located in the 13300 block of Chef Menteur Highway and left the keys in the ignition. Soon after, the pictured suspect walked up to the vehicle. The suspect, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, entered the car and drove northbound on Michoud Blvd then in an unknown direction. The vehicle stolen in this incident has since been recovered.
