The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Joemain Dominick (DOB: 08-07-1988) in connection with a robbery that occurred on April 23, 2017 in the 3900 block of Downman Road.
At about 8:18 a.m., Dominick is believed to have been involved in a verbal altercation with the victim that allegedly turned physical. Dominick then reportedly took the victim’s back and stole the victim’s cellphone before fleeing the location.
