The NOPD continues to seek information on the whereabouts of an individual wanted in a sexual battery incident that occurred on June 22, 2015 in the 7000 block of Lake Kenilworth Drive.
During the course of investigation, NOPD Child Abuse Division detectives have developed Delmer Acosta (DOB: 05-26-1984) as a suspect in the reported sexual battery of a victim who was under 11 years of age at the time of the incident.
