NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.
Phillip Chidichimo (DOB 12/6/1965) was last seen at approximately 2 a.m., April 30, 2017, in the 400 block of Bourbon Street. The reporting person stated that Chidichimo was at a local bar, but he has not been seen or heard from since.
