UPDATE: Makeala Harrell (DOB: 12/17/1996) is no longer considered missing.
At around 6:30 p.m., Sixth District detectives were informed by Harrell’s family members that she is currently traveling to Portland, Oregon.

Surveillance video captured individuals believed to be suspects in a shooting that occurred today (Oct. 29) in the 2400 block of Martin Luther King, as well as a vehicle utilized in the incident. NOPD detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the individuals.
The NOPD is investigating a shooting reported in the 2400 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Initial reports show a male victim suffering a gunshot wound to the hand.
