The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating and identifying those responsible for the theft of camera equipment. The incident occurred on August 31, 2016.
The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Kristian Willemoes (DOB: 03-18-1980) in connection to several simple burglary incidents and Ekaterina "Katya" Sitnikova (DOB: 01-06-1982) in connection to fraud in the Second District.
