NOPD Obtains Warrant for Arrest of Suspect in 2014 Homicide Incident

On September 16, 2024, NOPD Homicide Section Cold Case Unit detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Gordon Lewis (black male, DOB: 07-30-1991) in relation to a homicide incident that occurred on January 9, 2014, in the 4500 block of South Robertson Street.

Murder Suspect Arrested

New Orleans Police identified a suspect in the murder of Patricia Fitzgerald, White female, age 45.  Her body was discovered on August 19, 2024 under the wharves near Esplanade Avenue and the Mississippi River.
