Fifth District and Seventh District officers quickly arrested Jarius Smith (DOB: 11/16/1995) and Oliska McNeil (DOB: 7/25/1999) for committing an armed robbery in the Fifth District by using a dating website called POF.

NOPD Arrests Three Suspects on Firearm Charges, One Wanted for Murder

The NOPD’s Multi Agency Gang and Street Gang Unit arrested three suspects on Thursday night (Feb. 2) including one that was involved in a number of violent incidents.

NOPD, St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office Combine to Arrest Two in Numerous Armed Robberies

The combined efforts of the NOPD and St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office led to the arrests of Jeremy Landfair (DOB: 01-12-1994) and Deiontae Johnson (DOB: 09-28-1998) on January 29, 2017, in connection with as many as four armed robberies occurring between both jurisdictions. Three of the incidents occurred in New Orleans.

The NOPD arrested Marchand Thomas (DOB: 03-08-1979) in connection with an aggravated assault that occurred in the 2300 block of Independence Street on January 30, 2017.
