The NOPD Sex Crimes Unit arrested Ernest Dixon (black male, DOB: 06-10-2002) for First Degree Rape and Theft. The crime occurred on Monday, May 21, 2024, at approximately 3:00pm, inside of a business located on St. Ann Street in the Eighth District.
