At a press briefing today (November 27, 2016) at NOPD Headquarters, New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu and NOPD Chief Michael Harrison provided updated information concerning the homicide and shooting incident that occurred earlier this morning in the 100 block of Bourbon Street.

Two unknown individuals are believed to have stolen a brown manhole cover from the sidewalk in the 600 block of Dumaine Street on November 17, 2016. The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating these suspects.
