The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a juvenile reported missing from the 1400 block of Farragut Street today (Oct. 7).

UPDATE: NOPD detectives report that Layoya Honeycutt returned home today at about 12:30 pm and is in good condition.

UPDATE: Seventh District detectives discovered this missing person’s vehicle abandoned in the Seventh District. NOPD is still searching for Dwayne Cobbins (DOB: 11/09/1973). This investigation is still ongoing.
