Suspect Wanted by NOPD for Murder in First District Arrested

The U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offender Fugitive Task Force (Houston, Tx) along with the aid of NOPD's Violent Offender Warrant Squad and U.S. Marshals New Orleans Task Force have arrested Kyron Keith Fazande (DOB: 2-21-2001) in connection with a homicide that occurred April 28, 2023 in the 3800 block of Canal Street.

NOPD Arrests Juvenile Suspects in String of Third District Incidents

On April 30, 2023, the NOPD arrested four teenaged juvenile males suspected of perpetrating as many as four incidents ranging from attempted simple robbery and attempted armed robbery to armed carjacking, all occurring on April 30 in the Third District.
