NOPD Arrests Juvenile Suspect in Armed Robbery at St. Louis and North Galvez Streets

On July 24, 2017, the NOPD arrested a 14-year-old juvenile suspect in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on July 17 at the intersection of St. Louis and North Galvez streets.

UPDATE: Arrest Made in Homicide on Fourth Street

UPDATE: The signal for this incident has been changed from a homicide by shooting to a homicide.

In addition, an arrest has been made in connection with this incident. Charles Jones (DOB: 10-05-1956) was arrested and will be booked into Central Lockup for second-degree murder.

Investigation into this incident is ongoing.

Subject Arrested on Gun, Drug Possession Charges at North I-10 Service Road at Bundy Road

The NOPD on July 20 arrested Emanuel Allen (DOB: 02-22-1993) on gun and drug possession charges after a traffic stop led officers to discover the items in a vehicle.
