Today, in accordance with its Critical Incident Recordings Policy, the NOPD released body-worn camera footage from an officer-involved shooting incident that occurred on July 27 in the 6100 block of Painters Street and led to the arrest of two homicide suspects.

The NOPD has arrested a 14-year-old juvenile male in the investigation of a homicide that occurred on August 6, 2023, in the 7700 block of Shubert Street and left a 13-year-old juvenile male dead.
