An unknown individual was captured on surveillance video burglarizing a trailer parked on the 4400 block of St. Roch Avenue. The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate the suspect.

The NOPD has obtained arrest warrants for Conrad Noble (DOB: 09-12-1997) and Delvin Herrington (DOB: 12-03-1995) in relation to an auto burglary that occurred in the 4300 block of St. Peter Street on January 13, 2017.
