UPDATE: The NOPD is looking for Andre Joseph Douglas (DOB:09-02-84) after he reportedly fired his weapon at his girlfriend’s neighbor on Tullis Drive.
UPDATE: NOPD detectives report that Layoya Honeycutt returned home today at about 12:30 pm and is in good condition.
