The NOPD has identified Kennerd Kizzie Florant (DOB: 3-3-80) as the perpetrator in an armed robbery incident that occurred on Monday (Dec. 26).
Numerous suspects burglarized a business in the 3800 block of General Degaulle Drive on December 23, 2016. The NOPD is requesting assistance from the public in locating and identifying these individuals.
